Wrestling --CBA stages Pilkington Duals

PIKEVILLE -- The Charles B. Aycock wrestling outfit hosted its annual Terry Pilkington Memorial Duals on Thursday, going 3-2 to capture a third-place finish.
Perennial power Corinth Holders defeated Southern Nash for the title.
Austin Doyle (106), Devin Maldonado (113) and freshman Kevin Dickenson (132) all finished with a 5-0 ledger for the day. Zach Creel (145) and Torrence Franklin (285) won four matches, while James Reser, Alex Soroka and Noah Overton won three apiece.
CBA, now 12-12, is idle until it hosts the Falcon Invitational on Dec. 29, when 18 teams visit Pikeville
