ROCKY MOUNT -- Whitney Hoskins and Hayden Nielsen accounted for 65 percent of Wayne Country Day's offensive production on Friday, as the Lady Chargers turned back Rocky Mount Academy 23-18.
Hoskins contributed eight points, while Nielsen added seven.
The victory moved WCDS to 2-0 on the season ahead of its tilt this afternoon versus Lawrence Academy.
