PREP SOFTBALL: Rosewood dumps Lakewood in 5 innings

SALEMBURG -- Rosewood pounded out 15 hits and drew seven walks during a 15-4, mercy-rule conquest of Carolina 1-A Conference foe Lakewood on Tuesday evening.
Macy Tyndall earned the mound win.
Braylee Butts paced the Eagles' offense with three hits.
Tyndall, Toree Marak, Kiandra Taylor, Hailey Weeks and Keelin Hunter each had two hits. Rylee Joe Myers supplied one hit.
Rosewood is the guest of Eastern Wayne on Thursday.
