* Girls' soccer: Wayne Country Day 4, Greenfield 0 -- Jala Holloman registered a hat trick (three goals), while Hayden Nielsen contributed one goal. Nielsen and Langley Barnes provided one assist apiece. The Chargers improved to 3-0-0 overall this season.
Middle schools
* Girls' soccer: Spring Creek 5, Dillard 2 -- Michelle Roblero tallied all five goals for the Gators, who remained unbeaten in 10 outings this season. Spring Creek returns to action next Thursday at Norwayne. The Gators won the previous meeting. Game time is 4 p.m.
