INDOOR TRACK: Sullivan grabs top-10 spot at state championships

WINSTON-SALEM -- Princeton senior Austin Sullivan placed seventh overall in the men's 1,600-meter run during the season-ending N.C. High School Athletic Association Classes 1-A/2-A state championship meet Friday.
Sullivan logged a time of 4 minutes, 48.48 seconds on the JDL track.
Fellow Bulldog Shae Malham took 10th in the women's pole vault with a distance of seven feet, zero inches.
Rosewood's Kris Wright claimed 12th in the high jump with a mark of 5-6. The Eagles' 4x2 relay of Devonte Phillips, Montonio Wheeler, Alex Godwin and Caden Reiss wound up 20th in 1:41.71.
