GIRLS' BASKETBALL: Hobbton eases past North Duplin

CALYPSO -- Mary Jones Taylor led North Duplin's offensive charge with 12 points in a 43-31 loss to Hobbton on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene Tuesday evening.
Alyssa Santos provided 10 points. Destiny George (six points) and Jamilyn Wallace (two points) also scratched in the scorebook.
The Rebels visit Spring Creek on Thursday.
