BOYS' BASKETBALL: Hargis leads Cougars

DUDLEY -- Jaryan Hargis pumped in a game- and team-high 32 points as Goldsboro knocked off county rival Southern Wayne, 73-57, on Wednesday evening.
Ronnie Tookes added 19 points for the Cougars, who rebounded after a season-opening loss to county rival Charles B. Aycock. Daryl Gaddis contributed eight points.
