Girls' basketball: Southern Wayne 31, North Lenoir 21-- LaMiya Pearsall had a game-high 17 points in the Saints' 31-21 victory over the Hawks.

Boys' basketball: Lighthouse 43, Goldsboro Heat 40 -- Luke Parks led the Heat with 14 points and five rebounds. Hayden Portela chipped in 11 points.

Boys' basketball: NTA 80, WCDS 62 -- Jaden Cooper led the Chargers with 21 points. Andrew Gattis added 15 points and Cooper Edmonson put up 14.
