BOYS' SOCCER: Kornegay logs hat trick, Saints surprise JH Rose

Shyquell Kornegay registered a hat trick (three goals) as Southern Wayne knocked off J.H. Rose, 3-1, in an Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference contest Tuesday evening.
Alex Roblero provided one assist for the Saints.
Southern Wayne (5-9-4 overall, 3-7-2) suffered a 2-1 loss to New Bern on Monday. The Bears clinched the ECC regular-season championship with a perfect 12-0-0 record.
