BOYS' SOCCER: C.B. Aycock upends J.H. Rose

PIKEVILLE -- Joey Hampton delivered one goal and one assist as Charles B. Aycock defeated J.H. Rose, 5-1, on senior at Hardy Talton Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Sean Doulin, Coe Jordan, Ivan Delgado and Zach Zacharzuk punched in one goal apiece. David McIver, Payne Casey, Hampton Tilghman and Andres Linares each posted one assist.
CBA keeper Skyler Landers recorded 10 saves in goal.
The Golden Falcons (9-7-0 overall, 7-3-0 overall) traveled to and defeated Southern Wayne, 1-0, on Wednesday night.
