VOLLEYBALL: Marak delivers 8 kills, Eagles snap 0-8 start to season

Toree Marak recorded a team-leading eight kills during Rosewood's 25-9, 25-12, 25-16 victory over Carolina 1-A Conference foe James Kenan on Tuesday afternoon.
Ada Rivera and Hannah Daniels each had five kills. Braylee Butts served three of the team's eight aces, while Rivera had two aces.
Carrie Beckert led the defense with four digs.
Kaitlyn Kincaid handed out 13 assists.
The Eagles snapped an eight-game skid and play host to North Johnston today.
