Princeton nets Carolina 1A tennis victory

Princeton emerged victorious in five of six singles matches and handed Carolina 1-A Conference foe Spring Creek a 7-2 loss on Thursday afternoon.
Jacob Williams, Garrett Klein, Kyle Balageo, Blaine Phillips and Woodall Lane each defeated their respective opponent in straight sets. Lane lost just one game at the No. 5 flight.
Klein-Alan Farrior and Lane-Phillips prevailed in doubles.
SC earned points Lowell Smothers at No. 2 singles and the top-seeded doubles team of Smothers-Nick Strickland.
