STANHOPE -- Matt Daughtry cranked out a pair of doubles and Princeton -- despite three hits as a team -- rolled past Southern Nash, 12-4, in non-conference play Wednesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs benefited from 15 walks issued by the Firebirds' pitching staff and three defensive miscues.
Nick Phillips, Hunter Mitchell and Anthony Jones each drove in two runs for Princeton.
Winning pitcher Colby Sullivan limited Southern Nash to four runs (two earned) on four hits and walked four in a five-inning stint. Matt Boyette tossed two innings of three-strikeout relief.
