Dove, Molloy power EW soccer team on the road

WINTERVILLE -- Brennan Dove and Claire Molloy collected two goals apiece as Eastern Wayne shut out South Central, 5-0, in Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference action Thursday evening.
Madison Tallarida registered one goal and one assist. Yessi Guitierrez distributed two assists. Sophomore Martha Alyea had one assist.
Keepers Veronica Makdad and Kierra Christie combined for the shutout in goal.
Eastern Wayne (4-6-2 overall, 2-4-0 ECC) entertains New Bern on Tuesday.
