Hunter cranks out 3 hits, Rosewood dumps Lakewood

SALEMBURG -- Keelin Hunter tripled in a 3-for-4 performance at the plate during Rosewood's 11-0, mercy-rule triumph over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Lakewood on Thursday afternoon.
Carrie Ann Beckert, Kaley Hilton and Kaitlyn Kincaid provided two hits apiece for the Eagles. Hailey Weeks tripled and Braylee Butts connected on a two-RBI single.
Kincaid and Weeks combined for a one-hitter and five strikeouts inside the pitcher's circle.
