Daniels hits 1,000 points for career in CBA's overtime road loss

GREENVILLE -- Charles B. Aycock senior Taylor Daniels scored 10 points and surpassed the 1,000-point mark for her career during a 51-44 overtime loss to J.H. Rose on Tuesday evening.
Tanika Powell provided a team-leading 18 points for the Golden Falcons, who fell to 7-9 overall and 1-4 in Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference play. Hannah Vinson and Connor Vinson registered eight and five points, respectively.
Aycock entertains Eastern Wayne on Friday.
