SMITHFIELD -- Jazmaine McCain collected a double-double -- 12 points, 14 rebounds -- during Princeton's 50-42 loss to Neuse Charter on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene Thursday evening.
McCain blocked four shots.
Jordan Benson added 11 points and five rebounds.
"Credit Neuse Charter for being the more aggressive team tonight," PHS head coach Marty Gurganus said. "They did a good job attacking the basket and going to the foul line. We have just got to be more consistent and finish."
Princeton (3-5 overall) plays host to Jones Senior on Monday in the Princeton Holiday Tournament. Tip-off is 6 p.m.
