Gators' Buchan drops in career-high 31 points against Hobbton

NEWTON GROVE -- Amber Buchan knocked a career-high 31 points as Spring Creek defeated Hobbton, 72-58, in a Carolina 1-A Conference game Thursday evening.
Tysha Teachey recorded her first double-double of the season -- 15 points, 15 rebounds. Destiney Sutton provided 21 points and picked the Wildcats for seven steals.
Spring Creek (1-1 CC) returns to action Monday in the Dixon Holiday Invitational.
