Barnes scores 18 points, Eagles snap 5-game skid

Zack Barnes knocked down 18 points and Rosewood snapped a five-game skid with a 67-57 victory over Hobbton in the Carolina 1-A Conference opener for both teams Tuesday.
Ethan Chapin added 12 points. Chance Howard and Jeremy Mercer contributed eight points apiece.
Rosewood (1-5 overall) entertains James Kenan on Thursday.
