Great Bridge (Va.) defeats Faith's girls in Southeastern Invitational

ZEBULON -- Great Bridge (Va.) Christian rallied from an eight-point, first-quarter deficit and handed Faith Christian a 45-37 defeat on day one of the Southeastern Invitational on Thursday evening.
Faith led 10-2 after one quarter and the teams entered halftime tied at 20-all. Great Bridge outscored the Conquerors 25-17 in the second half.
Jordan Lawhon paced Faith with a double-double -- 13 points, 11 rebounds. T. Skinner chipped in 10 points, five rebounds and two assists. M. Skinner pulled down nine rebounds, including eight on the defensive end of the floor, and collected five points.
The teams combined for 99 rebounds.
