Best, Kornegay lead Golden Falcons' offense in loss to Hawks

PIKEVILLE -- Seniors Ian Best and Cameron Kornegay combined to drain six 3-pointers during C.B. Aycock's 72-61, non-conference loss to North Lenoir on Wednesday evening.
Best dropped in 19 points and Kornegay collected 16 for the Golden Falcons. Alex Mooring and Keyshawn Cobb contributed six points apiece.
Aycock shot 11 of 13 as a team from the free throw line.
The Golden Falcons (0-2 overall) visit Goldsboro on Friday.
