Blue Devils sweep Hawks, earn share of ECC 2A volleyball title

South Lenoir spoiled North Lenoir's perfect season and earned a share of the Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference crown with a 26-24, 25-20, 26-24 victory Tuesday afternoon.
Mya Parks, Paige Sports and Laura Haerer each had eight kills for the Hawks.
North Lenoir (19-1 overall) and South Lenoir play at Kinston today to determine the No. 1 seed for the N.C. High School Athletic Association playoffs. First serve is 6 p.m.
