Pittard has 14 kills in Cougars' loss to Warriors

Goldsboro's Becka Pittard pounded out 14 kills and served five aces during a 15-25, 20-25, 27-25, 14-25 loss to non-conference foe Eastern Wayne on Wednesday afternoon.
Matti Rose Lyon handed out 20 assists. Marcy Taylor provided five kills and three aces. Cougars head coach TJ Lancaster cited the strong serving of Bri'ann Henderson.
Goldsboro fell to 2-6 overall this season.
