ECBL: WCDS drops 1-run decision to Snow Hill

Mitch Turnage provided two hits and John Strickland slugged a home run during Wayne Country Day's 5-4 loss to ECBL foe Snow Hill on Tuesday afternoon.
Turnage and Strickland each collected two RBI.
Parker Smith, Zach Barfield and Jaxon Anderson registered one hit apiece.
Nick Neal endured the pitching loss. The lanky right-hander yielded five runs (three earned) on six hits, walked four and logged 10 strikeouts in a complete-game effort.
The Chargers (5-4 overall) play host to Southern Wayne today. Game time is 5 p.m.
