North Lenoir's season ends with loss to South Granville

La GRANGE -- South Granville scored four runs in the fifth inning and beat North Lenoir 4-1 in the third round of the N.C. High School Athletic Association 2-A state playoffs on Tuesday.
Chad Ginn endured the loss for the Hawks, who finished the year 15-7.
Braxton Greene, Jacob Baird, Orlando Cannon, Caleb Beard, Allen Sutton and Daron Gray each had one hit for North Lenoir.
Garrett Letchworth drove in Greene for the Hawks' lone run.
