Eagles avenge loss to Wilson Christian

WILSON -- Hunter Burt, Ted Suggs and Jaxon Anderson provided nearly three quarters of Wayne Christian's offensive attack during a 13-3, six-inning decision over Wilson Christian on Monday evening.
The Eagles avenged an earlier one-run loss to the Chargers.
Burt batted 4-for-4 with an RBI, while Suggs hit 3-for-3 with an RBI. Anderson turned in a 3-for-4 peformance that including a team-leading three RBI.
Holden Foster, Tyler Mozingo (RBI) and Nick Easom each had one it.
Suggs and Foster combined for a six-hitter on the bump. Suggs permitted two unearned runs on four hits and struck out four Wilson Christian batters. Foster tossed two innings of one-strikeout relief.
