Aycock netters clinch berth in 3A dual-team tennis playoffs

Charles B. Aycock secured the lone dual-team playoff seed from the 3-A portion of the Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference with an 8-1 triumph over Eastern Wayne on Thursday afternoon.
The Golden Falcons collected singles wins from Alan Best, Stanton Head, Nick Coston, Brock Painter and Matt Hare.
Junior Le Solomon claimed the Warriors' lone singles point.
The doubles results were not available.
