Matt Hall fired a 1-over-par 72 and earned medalist honors in the next-to-last Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference regular-season tournament contested Monday afternoon.
Hall three-putted on the 17th.
"It is only a matter of time before he attains (an under-par round) as he has knocked on the door several times this year," first-year GHS head coach Anthony Hall said.
Luke McAlduff carded a 78, followed by Ty West with an 82. Cameron Anderson rounded out the Cougars' four-player total of 328 with a 96.
Goldsboro concludes regular-season play at Goldsboro Municipal Golf Course after spring break.
