Middle schools
* Girls' softball: Grantham 21, Eastern Wayne 0 -- Mackenzie Bryan retired eight EW batters on strikeouts in a three-inning stint. Bryan singled and tripled at the plate. Teammate Amber Pfennig connected on a single and a double. Grantham improved to 1-0 this season.
* Girls' soccer: Dillard 1, Greenwood 0 -- Shakia Doctor tallied Dillard's lone goal in a victory over the T-Birds. Ruby Cannon earned the shutout in goal. Dillard (1-0-0 overall) plays host to Grantham on Thursday.
