Mitchell, Eagles cruise by North Duplin

CALYPSO -- Rosewood outscored North Duplin 26-6 in the third quarter and triumphed 75-49 in Carolina 1-A Conference play Tuesday evening.
Dennis Mitchell poured in a game-high 28 points for the Eagles, who extended their win streak to six. Zack Barnes contributed 11 points.
Tyree Payton led the Rebels with 13 points, while Malik Cobb scored 10.
North Duplin (2-16 overall) travels to Princeton on Friday.
