Dual-team wrestling playoffs: Aycock, Rosewood at home today

Rosewood (39-4 overall) plays host to Pamlico County (16-14) in opening-round action of the N.C. High School Athletic Association Class 1-A ranks today at 6:30 p.m..
The Eagles have advanced to the eastern regional finals each of the past two years.
Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A champ Charles B. Aycock plays host to a four-team pod in Pikeville. The Golden Falcons (18-7 overall) face Northern Nash, while Rocky Mount (27-2) opposes Havelock (18-10). Aycock looks to snap a four-match skid in opening-round playoff matches.
The two winners meet in the night's final match.
Matches begin at 6 p.m.
