BETHEL -- Charles B. Aycock's Alex Johnson, Joshua Wallace and Jacob Dickenson each captured first place in their respective weight class during the North Pitt Christmas Invitational.
Johnson emerged as the 106-pound champion. Dickenson and Wallace prevailed at 120 and 152 pounds, respectively.
Zack Howard took second. Heavyweight Matt Teachey wound up third and Brandon Washington ended up fourth.
The short-handed Golden Falcons, who missed four starters due to injuries and sickness, secured runner-up honors in the team portion of the event.
"(Missing starters) did not deter our team," CBA head coach Ronnie Allen said. "I continue to be pleased with how the team is coming together. (I) saw a team today cheering each other on and growing as a team.
"They continue to work hard, and have set goals this year for themselves and as a team they intend to meet."
Aycock plays host to the annual Pilkington Memorial Duals on Dec. 27.
One week later, the Golden Falcons will play host to their annual Falcon Invitational.
