WARSAW -- Rosewood let a double-digit halftime advantage slip away in a 50-38 loss to James Kenan in their Carolina 1-A Conference game contested at Harmon Gym on Thursday evening.
"We had a hard time scoring a bucket in the second half," RHS head coach Daniel Mitchell said. "James Kenan picked up the defensive pressure and we struggled with it a little bit."
Dennis Mitchell paced the Eagles' offense with 18 points. Airic Murphy contributed 13.
Rosewood (5-3 overall, 1-1 CC) visits South Johnston on Dec. 30.
