Lakewood girls defeat North Duplin

SALEMBURG -- Lakewood built a 19-point lead after one quarter and cruised past North Duplin, 61-15, in their Carolina 1-A Conference game Thursday evening.
Rylee Pate paced the Rebels' offense with seven points. Deja Aycock supplied three points.
North Duplin (0-6 overall, 0-2 CC) takes the court again Dec. 26 in the annual Duplin County Christmas Tournament.
