Middle schools
* Volleyball: Rosewood d. Eastern Wayne 25-22, 25-22, 25-15 -- Taylor Smith served eight aces for the Eagles, who finished a perfect 13-0 and seized the Wayne County Middle School Athletic Conference regular-season championship. Maddie Honn contributed five kills.
* Boys' soccer: Rosewood 4, Eastern Wayne 3 -- Tyler Acord scored all four goals for the Eagles, while teammate DeVante Phillips dished out three assists. Rosewood (9-3-0 overall) concludes regular-season play Wednesday at Dillard.
* Volleyball: Norwayne d. Spring Creek 25-23, 25-18, 27-25 -- The Cobras concluded regular-season play 11-2 overall and runner-up to undefeated Rosewood in WCMSAC action. Spring Creek (6-5) faces Eastern Wayne on Thursday.
