North Duplin volleyball knocks off Hobbton

Haley Brogden had a double-double (12 kills, 11 aces) to lead North Duplin to a four-set win over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Hobbton 25-18, 25-21, 26-28, 25-17 on Tuesday.
Chesney Brown chipped in 11 kills and Rylee Pate and Anna Lee Thornton combined for 26 assists.
North Duplin improved to 6-7 overall and 5-6 in conference play.
