Princeton collects 1st win of season on soccer pitch

PRINCETON -- Princeton finally scratched into the win column with a 2-0 triumph over Neuse Charter on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene Monday evening.
Nick Phillips and Alex Gonzalez each punched in a goal for the Bulldogs. Marcos Gonzales posted one assist.
Princeton (1-6-1 overall, 1-4-0 CC) is the guest of Lakewood on Wednesday and entertains archrival Princeton on Thursday.
