Rosewood nets Carolina 1A tennis win

Rosewood swept Princeton on the doubles courts to seal a 7-2 victory in Carolina 1-A Conference play Wednesday afternoon.
Shayla Marak, Faith Baker, Keelin Hunter and Laura Lintner each earned a singles victory. Marak-Baker, Kennedy Behrend-Hunter and Lintner-Bethanie Kirby sealed the overall outcome in doubles.
Princeton's Katie Smale won a three-set match for the Bulldogs. Teammate Makenzie Evans took a victory in the No. 6 seed singles.
Rosewood improved to 7-2 overall this season.
