East Duplin claims regular-season sweep of North Lenoir

North Lenoir suffered its second defeat in a week to East Duplin by a score of 6-1 on Thursday evening.

Mike Bednarz scored on a penalty kick for the Hawks.

Jacob Baird had nine saves in goal.

North Lenoir is 3-8-1 overall and opens Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference play against Kinston on Monday.
