North Duplin defeats Rosewood in tennis

After splitting the six singles matches, North Duplin won the first two doubles courts -- including one in a tiebreaker -- and defeated Rosewood 5-4 on Tuesday afternoon. Shayla Marak, Faith Baker and Laura Lintner each won a singles match for the Eagles. Teammates Keelin Hunter-Bethanie Kirby won at No. 3 doubles.
