Saints take two wins against New Bern in ECC tennis

DUDLEY -- Southern Wayne claimed wins at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles during a 7-2 loss to New Bern on the Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference scene Tuesday afternoon.
Hope Jones earned the Saints' lone singles point. Jones and doubles mate Ali Barrow also triumphed.
Southern Wayne (0-6 overall, 0-4 ECC) faces Rosewood today.
