Warriors' Hamilton has block party against Hawks

Junior Naheria Hamilton recorded a team- and match-high seven blocks in Eastern Wayne's 25-19, 27-25, 26-24 triumph over North Lenoir at Wooten Gymnasium on Tuesday evening.
Casey Young cranked out seven kills and served five aces. Sara Rice recorded 15 digs.
The Warriors (2-0 overall) conclude their season-opening, three-match road swing Thursday at South Lenoir, the defending Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference champion. The JV match begins at 4:30 p.m. inside Munn Gymnasium.
