ECBL: Spring Creek, Wilson Christian split twinbill

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Spring Creek scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to steal game one of an ECBL doubleheader against Wilson Christian.

Cole Jacobs had a hit and two RBI to lead Spring Creek. Levi Miller and Kaden Geelen each had one hit and an RBI.

Will Rouse threw a complete game on the mound. He surrendered six hits and two earned runs.

Wilson Christian won the nightcap, 4-1.

Hunter Walker had two hits and Josh Lebron drove in Spring Creek's lone run.

Sawyer Smith endured the loss on the mound.

Spring Creek (4-7 overall) entertains Faith Christian for a doubleheader today. Game one begins at 5 p.m.
