ECBL: CBA Blue shuts out Snow Hill

PIKEVILLE -- Six Charles B. Aycock Blue pitchers combined for a four-hitter during an 8-0 victory over Snow Hill in Eastern Carolina Baseball League action Thursday evening.
Starting pitcher Kyle Davis threw two innings and picked up the win.
Trent Herndon (two RBI) and Cameron Kornegay paced the CBA offense with three hits apiece. Landon Casey (two RBI) provided two hits. Jacob Sanford tripled and drove in a run.
Bobby Hampton doubled and scored two runs.
Justin Lee emerged as Snow Hill's top offensive performer with two hits. Will Creech and Bryce Norman each contributed one hit.
Lee took the pitching loss.
CBA Blue (1-0 overall) is the guest of Eastern Wayne on Monday.
