KINSTON -- Betty Holloway received a special citation for 49 years of service to the Eastern Carolina Ladies Golf Association during a two-day tournament contested at Falling Creek Country Club.
Holloway competed in the 36-hole affair along with fellow Walnut Creek Country Club golfers Linda Cannon, Faye Franklin, Hiromi Sueki and Marilyn "Pete" Reaves.
