Spring Creek remains tied for Carolina 1A baseball lead

Allen Coor had three hits and five RBI to lead Spring Creek to a 27-0 shellacking of Carolina 1-A Conference opponent James Kenan Tuesday.
Logan Miller and Hunter Walker also added three hits apiece for the Gators.
Will Rouse, Coor and Chad Spurgeon combined on the mound to throw a two-hitter. Rouse got the win.
The Gators (17-5 overall, 12-1 CC) conclude regular-season play Thursday at North Duplin. Game time is 6:30 p.m.
