Rosewood boots Hobbton in soccer

NEWTON GROVE -- Samantha Allen scored one goal and recorded two assists as Rosewood defeated Carolina 1-A conference foe Hobbton 4-1 on Friday evening.

Hannah Daniels scored two goals. Lexi Mercer rounded out the scoring for the Eagles.

Rosewood (8-2-3 overall, 7-1-0 CC) entertains Lakewood on Tuesday.
