McGee drives in 2 runs, Aycock defeats S. Central in ECC action

WINTERVILLE -- Ashton McGee collected two RBI and Charles B. Aycock tripped up South Central, 7-2, in an Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference game Wednesday evening.
Noah West (RBI), Charlie Robertson and Garrett Joyner contributed hit apiece in the Golden Falcons' road win.
Bobby Hampton claimed the mound decision. He yielded one earned run on four hits and logged 10 strikeouts in a five-inning stint.
"Bobby had a good outing," CBA head coach Charles Davis.
Tim Naughton provided two innings of no-hit, two-strikeout relief.
