Goldsboro wins 2nd ECC meet of season

SNOW HILL -- Matt Hall posted an 84 and helped Goldsboro place first with a team score of 376 during an Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference match contested at Cutter Creek on Monday afternoon.
Carlin Thomas complemented Hall's performance with an 86.
South Lenoir's David White claimed medalist honors with a 79. The Blue Devils finished second with a 398 team score.
Ayden-Grifton and Greene Central shared third place with a 411. North Lenoir fired a 458.
The teams return to action Monday at Falling Creek.
