Princeton boys slip past East Columbus

PRINCETON -- Princeton turned back East Columbus, 57-53, during first-round play in the NCHSAA 1-A playoffs Monday evening.
Michael Wooten led the Bulldogs with 20 points and Colby Norris contributed 11 points. Tanner Woodard provided 10 points and Joel Hines had seven points.
Princeton (17-7 overall) plays host to Wallace-Rose Hill on Wednesday.
